The Time Clock Software has two parts; these are the Punch Clock Server and Punch Clock Client.

Punch Clock Server is use by the administrator in order for him/her to effectively manage all the employees, easily get payroll reports and print it all out. It needs to be installed in a computer and only the administrator can access it. All the information, time files and passwords of the employees are being kept in the server.

Punch Clock Client is the one being used by the employees when they punch IN and OUT. It should be installed to different computers in order for the employees to easily time IN and OUT in various locations. There is no information kept in this software.
